What do I Create?

I create a wide range of content and community contributions focused on helping people solve real ServiceNow challenges:

  • Video Content: See that here
I produce videos that address specific pain points across different ServiceNow topics—simplifying complex concepts and offering practical, hands-on solutions.

  • Blogs & Articles: LinkedIn Profile
I regularly publish blogs on LinkedIn and the ServiceNow Community to share best practices, tips, and learnings from real-world implementations.

  • Speaking Engagements:
I actively speak at major ServiceNow events including Knowledge, World Forum, Developer Meetups, and other ServiceNow stages to share insights and connect with the ecosystem.

  • Mentorship:
I mentor community members and newcomers entering the ServiceNow ecosystem, helping them navigate their learning path and career direction.

  • Podcasts & Collaborations:
I also use to host and participate in podcasts. If anyone is interested in collaborating or discussing ideas, feel free to reach out!

How did I get started?

Honestly, it all started very organically. I began by helping people in the ServiceNow ecosystem through small problem‑solving posts and quick tips. Over time, I realized that many community members were facing the same challenges, so I started creating videos that address those specific pain points.

From there, things grew naturally:

  • Blogs: As I gained more hands‑on experience, I turned those learnings into blogs on LinkedIn and the ServiceNow Community.
  • Speaking: Content opened doors to speaking at events like Knowledge, World Forum, and local developer meetups, which helped me connect with even more people.
  • Mentorship: As more newcomers reached out, mentorship became a meaningful part of my journey—guiding people entering the ecosystem.
  • Podcasts: Eventually, I started doing podcasts to reach the community in a more conversational way. I’m always open to collaborations!

So really, it started with a desire to help, and every step built naturally into the next.

Why do you keep sharing? How many times have you been named a ServiceNow MVP?

I’ve been honoured to be named a ServiceNow MVP 11 times, and honestly, that recognition is only possible because of the incredible community around this platform. I keep sharing because the community is the reason I am here today. Everything I’ve learned, every opportunity I’ve received, and the growth I’ve experienced has come from people who were willing to share their knowledge. Contributing back—whether through videos, blogs, mentorship, or speaking—is my way of paying it forward.

For me, it’s about making an impact, helping someone overcome a challenge, or enabling someone new to find their place in the ecosystem. As long as my content helps even one person, that’s enough motivation to keep going.

Thank you and Kind Regards,
