Every app on the Store has passed a comprehensive technical certification process conducted by ServiceNow to ensure platform compatibility, security, and performance. This means that Store apps are pre-tested for you, so you can go-live faster with less testing time & resources and start realizing the value that these apps can bring to your business.
The Store at last count has over 250 apps that deliver a diverse range of innovative solutions from our large and growing Technology Partner ecosystem - enterprise ISVs that build commercial, pre-packaged SaaS applications - that extend the value of your investment in the platform by addressing new use cases and solving more of your business business problems faster. Think of the Store as "Option #3" when it comes to apps that you can put to work for you on the ServiceNow platform - with Option #1 = ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, Security Operations, HR), Option #2 = custom apps developed internally at your company or by a Services partner.
