I am absolutely thrilled to kick this off by sharing that this is my Fourth time being recognized as a ServiceNow MVP! I am all about breaking down the magic of the Now Platform into engaging, actionable video content and deep-dive discussions. Over on my YouTube channel, "The Dutta Dialogues," I share everything from architecture hacks to step-by-step developer tutorials designed to level up your skills. You can catch all my latest content, grab some pro tips, and join the conversation right here: The Dutta Dialogues.
You can also, find the latest features of ServiceNow Products being demoed by me as videos over my Linkedin As well :linkedin.com/in/sandeep-dutta-08149158 .
The journey towards giving back to the community started started long back in the year of 2020 during peak COVID as giving answers in this very Community such that i can help others with real Problem solving. Then when I realized that while official documentation is fantastic, sometimes you just need to watch a fellow developer actually build the thing—and troubleshoot the inevitable hiccups along the way! I wanted create a space that felt like grabbing a coffee with a mentor, so I hit "record" to share my own real-world workarounds and fixes. What began as a fun side-project quickly snowballed into a thriving, interactive community of curious problem-solvers.
The sheer energy of this community is contagious—both online and offline! Beyond the screen, I love hitting the road to attend ServiceNow Developer meetups across different locations in India, like the recent Q1 meet-up in Bangalore. Getting to share my knowledge in person, trade battle stories, and learn directly from the incredible local talent in these cities fuels my fire to keep creating. Sharing knowledge isn't just a hobby for me—it's the ultimate way we all grow, build cooler things, and elevate the entire ecosystem together.
The sheer energy of this community is contagious; every time someone tells me one of my videos saved their deployment or sparked a "lightbulb" moment, it fuels my fire to keep creating. Sharing knowledge isn't just a hobby for me—it's the ultimate way we all grow, build cooler things, and elevate the entire ecosystem together. Because of this amazing community, I am incredibly pumped and humbled to say that 2026 marks my fourth time being recognized as a ServiceNow MVP!
