Content has been comprehensively updated to reflect the Eureka platform enhancements and the six content modules address who ServiceNow is, what ServiceNow does, and what you can see and do as a ServiceNow End User, and II User and as a System Administrator!
The Foundations modules feature dual voice narration provided by two of our acclaimed System Administration instructors: Myles Ferich and Everett Thompson
