Last week, I hosted a live demo focused on Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) — and it was an exciting look into how organizations are transforming the way they manage hybrid work, employee experiences, and visitor interactions.

When we think about ServiceNow, many associate it with digital workflows and virtual service experiences.
But WSD extends that experience into the physical workplace — connecting employees, facilities, and guests to ensure on-site interactions are just as seamless as digital ones.

We explored how companies are adapting to hybrid work — where an employee might reserve a desk one day, book a meeting room the next, and host clients later that week — all powered by ServiceNow.

The My Office microsite (within Employee Center Pro) personalizes the workplace experience for every employee.
You can:
View your home office and nearby locations
Reserve desks or rooms with smart suggestions
Submit workplace requests (“Need more coffee?” )
See who’s in the office and plan your day

All of this — without leaving the portal or mobile app.

 

🤝 Seamless Visitor Management

 

We also walked through Visitor Management, which gives a white-glove arrival experience for every guest.
Visitors can preregister, check in via kiosk, and get wayfinding guidance — while reception teams manage everything from the Visitor Reception Dashboard.

 

Smarter Reservations & Collaboration

 

With advanced reservations, teams can:
🗓️ Book recurring meetings and rooms
🍽️ Add catering or AV equipment
🚪 Automatically release unused spaces

It’s efficient, intuitive, and built for hybrid collaboration.
