Accessing data from sys_audit table

Hello experts,

 

I have a complex requirement where a client wants to access our SNOW records for sys_audit table but as this data is like "HUGE" and from rest api explorer i am not getting data for sys_audit table. Any suggestions or if anyone have done this requirement and if you can share, it would be very kind of you.
