Additional comments in List View

Hi All,

 

In Incident record I added 10 Additional comments but when I export the excel only few recent comments are visible. Is there any possibility to get all the Additional comments.

Hello @Namrata Ghorpad and @Anoja 
I have a similar situation, but would like to reduce the additional comments to only display the most recent one. 
I can't seem to open/locate that KB article that was referred to in Namrata's response, so I was wondering if either of you could share some details on how this issue was resolved.
