I want to allow non-ITIL users to view incident tickets created by ITIL within the Employee Center.
To achieve this, I want to customize the ticket tab to display the details of the incident. What methods are available for this?

but why is this required?
You will have to make changes to Table level READ ACLs + Query BR on incident table

Hi @asaasaasa
Basically none.
Users needs either itil role which have a license cost or business_stakeholder role which have a a license cost. Users without role should only be able to see their own tickets as OOTB.
