Before writing a client script or business rule or a flow, how do we know if it already exists OOB?

Just recently created a flow to remove the non-active users to be removed from groups that grant ITIL role which in turn consumes license, but was thinking, before writing a client script or business rule or a flow, how do we know if something to do the same already exists out of box on service now? #ITSM

Hi @gramalingam
Usually, before implementing any solution, I first check whether the same behavior already exists on the platform. For example, if I want to create a Work Order from an Incident, I manually verify whether that functionality is already available out-of-the-box by checking the form behavior, related client scripts, business rules or flows on PDIs or by reviewing the relevant plugins and documentation or reaching out to community here. This helps avoid duplicating existing OOTB functionality and ensures we build only what is actually needed.
Thanks and Regards,
Mohammed Zakir
