hello all,
Does anyone have any idea how to create this button here ? or anywhere in the white area, I want a button to be visible. And I want the button to be visible only for specific record producer (which creates a record in incident table)
So when anybody clicks on that button, a want a box to be opened and some information after API call to be displayed in that box.
Or if anybody knows where is its configuration stored ?
Thank you so much !!

I don't have to create in same dropdown. I need to create a whole new button, just like actions, and it should work like UI Action only for display on this incident ticket page ...is this possible ?

But why do you want to create it? It’s an out-of-the-box (OOTB) capability that ServiceNow already provides. Using it in the standard way is recommended—building a custom version would introduce unnecessary customization.
OOTB it is showing only incident page.

Hi @Shivalika
To check the page name and widget name in ServiceNow Service Portal,
use the Ctrl + Right Click keyboard shortcut directly on the widget in your portal,
and select "Instance Options" or "Open in Widget Editor" to see its system details
You have customize that widget with your custom logic.
Like in html , you have to add button, add validation in client controller and logic in server side script.
