Show a red-dot behind the number in CSM workspace for Major Incident

Hi , 

We have a requirement to show a red-dot behind the Incident number in list view of Incidents in CSM/FSM configurable workspace. In native view its simple, add a style to the field it will display. But the same wont show up in workspace, how to achieve this in configurable workspace?

UX highlighted value doesn't work for 1st column in workspace list as it's reserved for primary record link

Why Highlighted Fields Do Not Appear in the First Column of Workspace Lists 

You can configure it for Number field but keep it as 2nd column and then it will work

OR

Visit sys_ux_list record for that list and selecting the “Hide links” option. but with this you won't be able to click the record and open it
