Hi @johnrob18,

you can create a workspace according to your needs.

Please follow the instructions here: Create a workspace in the ServiceNow IDE

SN Next Academy also hosted a session regarding this topic: How to Build Workspaces from Scratch

Hope this helps!

Hi

I don’t think there is a separate MIM available. Once you activate the MIM plugin, it gets embedded in the SOW only. A user still needs the required role to access some functionality.

The article tells me what MIM in SOW is, but does not tell me how. We have SOW and we have MIM but there is nothing on the SOW about MIM - how is it configured to get MIM?

do we just add widgets to the SOW ?

NO, nothing required.
