Creating tickets in prod along with dev

Hello Supporters,

When we submitted one form(Record producer) in ASPEN dev. ticket is created in prod along with dev.
We observed this is happened SOAP integration based one outbound HTTP log. but we unable to found the end point in instance. could you please assist me on this issue.

We know this is comes under SOAP. the problem is we unable to found the end point to deactivate the specific path.

You need to check the code of the Submit button, where the SOAP message or endpoint has been called. It could be part of a flow, workflow, or any button as well.

Did you locate the script which calls that API?

Is it via record producer script or flow or business rule on the target table of record producer?
