Custom formula on Platform analytics

We need to display an SLA Attainment % metric [Made / (Made + Missed)] directly inside a modern Platform Analytics Workspace visualization

Is it possible to create a custom mathematical calculation or formula metric directly within a live Platform Analytics chart configuration?

My thoughts

-> approach is to create a Formula Indicator, then use that indicator as the visualization’s data source. Formula indicators are specifically intended to calculate ratios and percentages from other indicators

Did you check on the existing indicators you already have available? You can't calculate directly in a dashboard chart. You can use existing indicators (or create your own if you are licensed) or create a pie diagram or something like that on 'has breached' and include the percentages.
