Data Filtration configuration - restraint access to major incidents to a particular account

I need assistance configuring data filtration to restrict access to major incidents for an integration account. Here are the requirements:

  1. Integration_account1 should not have access to major incidents; it should only have access to non-major incidents.
  2. All other accounts (including the SSO users group and other integration accounts) should be allowed access to both major incidents and incidents.

Despite trying various combinations of subject and data conditions, I haven’t achieved the desired outcome.

ServiceNow instance version: Vancouver Patch 9

Have you tried to do this through a query BR or ACL's?

I haven’t tried it yet. We’re interested in exploring and implementing data filtration. Do you think this is feasible with data filtration? What recommendations do you have?
