hey team 

 

is there a solution for this error? screenshot attached 

Only 1 agent in Service Desk team having this constant issue. 

What specifically triggers this issue?  different actions: saving a ticket, browsing throw pages and applications,,,., 

other techs are fine and not having any issues.

where is this happening?

on which screen and what that agent is doing? creating ticket, updating etc?

when user is browsing the incidents and tickets in general, they got this error (opening existing incidents, closing or saving incidents). list or form view , moving from one application to another...  ...  it does not matter, that pop up always appears

did you ask that user to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login?

Please elaborate your issue with error message or screen shot with replication steps.

For that specific user, what he is getting in screen. and what was expected for him.
