Facing issueAdded item in catalog_home

Hi Team,

I added the catalog item in catalog_home, but the update set is not capturing this action. I want to capture the action manually. Is there a table where these actions are stored?

Here i added the category and item but the update set not capture the action. how can i capture this actins in update set?

In above image i added  can we help you category in 3 positions, those actions i need to capture and move to anther instance.
