Flow is Stuck Waiting at "Ask For Approval" Activity after Approving/Rejecting the Group Approval

we have configured few Flow designers for some catalog items . Some flow designers (on certain catalog items) are Stuck Waiting at "Ask For Approval" Activity after Approving/Rejecting from the Group Approval records and they are working fine if approved through sysapproval_approver records .

I have seen few knowledge articles from snow like : https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0997336 . but the same has been working other flow designers. No differences observed in either of the flows. Please suggest a fix so that it works fine even when approval is done on Group Approval records.

Can you please check approve UI action on sys approval table is making an issue.

Same approval UI action is used in both the working and not working cases . Couldn't find any issue there.

I'm facing something similar , my flow is in waiting state even approval not getting triggered.
