Generate change task from change model

Hi All,

when requester submit change request from change model interceptor, then change tasks needs to be generate for newly submitted change request, which are defined in change model related list.

The requirement is to create related list called 'change model task' on change model form. It has to be work as same as OOTB standard change task.

for example, if we created a change task record in 'change model task' related list on normal change model form, it should get attached to new normal change request when submitted.

Any suggestion will be appreciated,

Greetings!!

1st, I did not find any related list on change model , where we can define the change task. Please share some screenshot to understand more. 

2nd, creating a new related list is a customization and will increase the technical debt, so possible to avoid. Better use the existing change task related list , and use the flow designer to create the specific task as per model.
