How do i add three more fields to the resolve pop up

Hi All,

I'd like to add three additional fields to the Resolve Pop Up in Service Operations Workspace.

I have seen your screenshots, but the same setup didn't work in my environment.

I am wondering if there are other features/settings that might be interfering.
