Update Impacted Services/CIs automatically when INC is created

I have my Application Service CI set up in [cmdb_ci_service_auto] table. I have three related offerings to it.
When I create an incident and select the Application Service CI in the Configuration Item I want Impacted Services/CIs to update automatically for Incident.
I can trigger the UI Action update manually, but in my mind this should be possible automatic OOB with some settings/config.
What am I missing?

You can set up a flow or BR to mimic the UI action behavior and it will be automated instead of a manual action. The fact that it isn't automated at the moment, means that it's not there OOB, so anything you do, will be custom.

The thing is that can script it as a custom thing, but in the back of my mind I've seen some config for this instead and that's what I'm looking for. But thanks anyway!
