How do I request the plugin for Advanced Work Assignment (AWA) be loading into my PDI?

I first installed the AWA plugin in my PDI, but didn't see it appear until this morning, a day later.

When AWA didn't appear after the plugin install, I went to request that it be installed, but it wasn't on the list.

All good now--just needed to wait?

Hi @RR16 ,

To request the plugin for Advanced Work Assignment (AWA) to be loaded into your PDI instance, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your ServiceNow instance and navigate to the Service Portal.
  2. Click on the "Service Catalog" tab and search for "Plugin Request".
  3. Click on the "Plugin Request" item and fill out the necessary information, including the plugin name (Advanced Work Assignment), a justification for the request, and any other relevant details.
  4. Submit the request and wait for approval from your ServiceNow administrator.

Alternatively, you can also contact your ServiceNow administrator directly and request that they load the plugin into your PDI instance. They may require additional information or justification for the request before proceeding.
