How to add CTI(Catalog/Type/Item) in service now for INC/SER/SCTASK

Hi Team,

Can anyone share me the steps how to add/modify/delete the Catalog/type/item

1. Add a Catalog Item:

• Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions > Maintain Items

• Click on New

• Fill in required details like Name, Catalog, Category, Description, etc.

• Submit the record

2. Modify a Catalog Item:

• Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions > Maintain Items

• Search and open the required item

• Update the necessary fields

• Click Update to save changes

3. Delete a Catalog Item:

• Open the required Catalog Item from the list

• Right-click on the header (or use the additional actions menu)

• Select Delete

• Confirm the deletion

4. Manage Catalogs and Categories:

• For Catalogs: Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions > Maintain Catalogs

• For Categories: Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions > Maintain Categories

• You can create, update, or delete records similarly

Please ensure you have the required roles (like catalog admin or admin) before making changes.
