How to add Not Available for Related list in Quick link

Hi All,

I have a question is there any way we can " Not available for"   in "sn_ex_sp_quick_link" table same as external link. Basically I have so many criteria's to add for quick link instead of adding many I can add only few in Not Available for same as External links. Added screenshots for reference, any help really appreciated.

You can't. It's only allowing 'available for'.

However: you can easily create the user criteria themselves backwards. By adding a group to add users that should see it, you're there as well. If you can do it easily with 'not available for', it's just a reversed criteria you need to create for whom it should be available.
