I don't think anything is available free for this requirement.

There is a paid app I believe

You will have to rely on external javascript libraries for this if you want to go with free version

Could you please clarify whether this requirement has come from the customer, or if this is a POC you are exploring independently?

Typically, we export data in XML format when migration is required. Alternatively, we can provide it in CSV or Excel format, especially if the data is more tabular or metrics-based.

For Word export , there is no OOB set up available.
