What does PA indicator "Average age of open incidents" trying to show the data, which is an OOB ?

Good afternoon.!
We have an OOB PA indicator called the "Average age open incidents". It is fetching the data, but I cannot understand what does that data mean. We are able to fetch the data based on Assignment group. Also, it does not show the tickets, as it is blocked.

 

Can you please help me understand it? Please help.

Hi @AbdurRahmanSnow 

 

The definition is:: Summed age open incidents / Number of open incidents / 24 hours

 

It show based in open incident only means active = True
