How to expand cc and bcc fields by default like to field?

How to expand the CC and BCC fields by default while opening the email compose window in any module like Incident, Case, Problem, and Service Request.

Current behavior:
The CC and BCC fields are collapsed and appear within the "To" field. Users need to manually click to expand them.

Actual requirement:
The CC and BCC fields should be visible and populated separately by default, similar to the "To" field, without requiring any manual action.

Navigate to Email client configuration .

Ensure Display Reply To check box is checked

Out of the box this is not possible within native as the UI page is not accessible to admins

For workspace you will have to check the UI builder component

But this will mean heavy customization and I won't recommend this

Inform your customer that this is OOTB platform behavior
