How to have email response go to work notes instead of additional comments?

Hello,

 

I am trying to setup a solution so that if someone is on the work notes list and they receive an email notification because the assigned to user added a new message to the work notes, if the person on work notes list reply's to the email it gets added to the work notes instead of the additional comments. Does someone know how I can set this up or point me in the direction I should be looking?

You can check the inbound action and change the code accordingly.
Inbound email actions (servicenow.com)
