Could anyone please explain the process to subscribe to Cost Center, Group, and Location records
I see there are notifications for the following events:
CI Affected
Cost Center Affected
Group Affected
Location Affected
As per my understanding, these notifications are sent to the subscribers of the respective CI, Cost Center, Group, or Location. However, I can see the Subscribe option only on the CI record, not on the Cost Center, Group, or Location records.
Could anyone please clarify the out-of-the-box (OOTB) process for subscribing to Cost Centers, Groups, and Locations, and explain how these notifications are triggered to the subscribers.
