Incident Informations for Employees

Hello,

how i can displays more Informations from a specific incident in the esc for the employee. In our Configuration he get only displayed the short_description and nothing else.

The changes you are looking for is configured in the "Standard Ticket Header" widget.

Any changes here will affect all the Tables which "My Requests" are applicable for.

Oh, thanks for your quick response. How i can add a new Section with all informations? I would like display following informations.

 

Incident: Short description, Description, Service

Requested Item: Short description, Description

Please navigate to Standard Ticket Configuration, find the one for the Incident table, and then configure the information you want to have displayed.
