it's an easy requirement and can be achieved with low-code, no-code Flow designer.

Hi @vivek11,
If a particular assignment group has populated the group email, it will send it to that (it might be a distribution list so even non-ServiceNow users can receive it), if the group email is empty, notifications will be send to all the member's email addresses..
