The situation.  an agent accidently added the wrong incident to an interaction.  When the team lead tried to remove the interaction from the incident, the edit button is not available.  He also tried to remove it from the interaction and the same thing applied.
I have checked the relationship record for interaction-incident and it will not allow it.
Is there something that would allow me to add that edit button for Team Leads to add/remove related records?
If I deactivate any relationship to start over, how or what would that affected previously related records?

go to the table interaction_related_record
and filter with your interaction record and find the incident record and delete that record
it will remove the connection

I found that I had to add a role (the default option) so that our Team Leads will have this ability. Thank you so much.
