sending an email from the toggle bar for an incident record is not updating date/time stamp for the record
is there a way for this to happen?

@DianaBTX Sending email from the toggle bar doesn't update the associated incident record hence the date/timestamp on the associated record is not updating. The email triggers on the sys_email table and has no bearing on the incident table.
