Hi,

We have some templates that has beem made by one agent/owner, this owner is not available anymore, and now we need to move/change owner of those to someone else.
What is the easiest way to do it, do we really need to make everything again, can some admin change owner, and who to talk to?

You can do if you have template editor role.

Hi,

If you are an Admin (ServiceNow Admin) then you can change the owner by following process and contacting users manager or Group manages which are using this template.

If you are not 'admin' user on your ServiceNow instance then you can reach out to ServiceNow team through Service request/ Incident.

Provide the details and ask the ServiceNow Admin team to change the Owner of templates with New user.

Please appreciate the efforts of community contributors by marking appropriate response as correct answer and helpful, this may help other community users to follow correct solution in future.
Thanks
