Incident variable editor configuration

Incidents created via Record Producers shows the Variable Editor section. but users should add, modify, and remove variables directly from the editor without errors on the incident form

Logically doesn't make any sense to remove/delete them.

Yes Values can be updated but what about adding/removing variable itself?

Hi @Community Alums,

 

If you want to hide any variable from the form you can create a Catalog UI Policy that only applies on the target record. 

Catalog UI Policy:
