I have integrated ServiceNow with third-party tool to send incidents from ServiceNow to a third party. But incidents are only created when the user has an admin role in ServiceNow. Can I do this with any another role?

Hi Sahil
May I please ask you which third party that you mean? Is it a different ITSM?
If yes, please make your life easier by using Exalate.
It is known for its robust integration capabilities and can help establish bi-directional synchronization between different tools, such as ServiceNow and the third-party tool you're using.
Have a great day!

@sahil toraskar ITIL role should be sufficient for update/Put access through OOB Rest Table APIs.
Note if your using Scripted Rest APIs Admin/ITIL is not required the OOB scripted resource role would be sufficient.
