Is there any way to show thw RITM Record to snc_internal role

Hi Team,

 

We are sending an email to the snc_internal user with a provided RITM Record link. When the user clicks the link, it redirects to the record, but they are unable to see any details. Is there a way to show the RITM record to the user?

those users should satisfy table level READ ACL on sc_req_item table and then they can view the RITM

Why don't you just redirect to the SP / ESC instead of the backend?

Not only the requestor can see the request, but there are also a few individuals who need to view the variable values to perform their tasks correctly. Therefore, I need to make the request item visible to them as well. Whether it's through the SP or ESC portal, they are currently unable to see the request item record.

As already informed in my 1st response, you will have to make sure the users pass table level READ ACL on RITM table to see the records

which role are they having now and are they not able to view RITM?
