Hi all,
I have created a new table and added SLA to it and sla is getting triggered in Dev. I moved the changes to Test and Prod where it works in Test but not in Prod. SLA definitions are same across all the instances it works in sub prod but it doesnt work in Prod which is strange. Attached the sla definition for reference, is there something I'm missing?
Thanks
Rini

So you mean it is just attaching data? I know it’s not the best approach, but create a new SLA definition in PROD as a test. This is just to check if the SLA is working correctly on this table in production

I have captured the sla definition in Dev and moved to prod. Is it advisable to create SLA definitions in Prod?

Definitely not. The only reason is to check whether creating an SLA in production will make it work. Also try making some small changes to the SLA in Dev, capture it again in an Update Set, and try moving it again.
