@AkshatP22776230 please verify the following step:

Is parent application has role that may not assigned to the user? go to System Definition->Application menu compare the roles field with user.

Most possible solution - Is role added to modules? go to system definition -> Modules search for 'Assigned to your group' and verify and compare is ITIL role added in Roles field. if ITIL role is not added then it will be not visible.

Tried this also but not working,

Hi @AkshatP22776230

  • Navigate to System Definition > Modules, find your module, and ensure the Roles field allows ITIL access. If left blank, it is visible to everyone, but if restricted, ITIL must be added.
  •
  • ITIL users often cannot see records due to restrictive Read ACLs on the incident table. Ensure there is a read ACL that allows itil role access to incidents
  •
  • Impersonate the user and check if the module filter actually matches any incidents where the user is part of any Assignment group.
