I configure ServiceNow- M365 Teams Integration through "Setup for integrating self-configured apps > integration for employee experiece". Can i use this integration and chat with users throughMS Teams in Major incident Management > Sidebar / Group Chats,Notify Connector for Teams and MIM Workbench?
Please advise.
