Metric to track assignment group changes

Hello Experts,

I need to track assignment group changes for incidents. I can see OOTB metric definition is already available but it is not creating any instance when I change the assignment group. Could you please if I'm missing something here?

Go to metric definition:-

And see if the Metric definition for Assignment group is active for the Incident table:-
