Necessary relationships to populate impacted services

Currently I have application services which have dependent relationships but when I pick the item with sub dependencies, they are not populated. For instance, I have a service that is used by another service. If the main service goes down, obviously the other service should be showing as impacted, but it is not. Is there a specific relationship expected between two ci's to make these show up?

What if we are not using Service Mapping? I added a Contains::Contained By relationship, and the Impacted Service/CIs still did not populate
