Need to Implement Approve/Reject buttion for Microsoft Team Notification when Incident set to Resolv

Hi,

We already have the ServiceNow for Teams bot configured in Microsoft Teams. We now have a requirement to create a new actionable notification that includes Accept and Reject buttons. When a user clicks either button, the corresponding updates should be made to the Incident record in ServiceNow.

Could someone please guide me on how to configure this in ServiceNow?

This functionality already exists in our instance and appears to be based on the following documentation:
https://www.servicenow.com/docs/r/employee-service-management/employee-experience-foundation/actiona...

I have reviewed the documentation and explored the existing configuration, but I'm unable to understand how to replicate the same setup for my use case.

Any guidance or documentation specific to configuring custom actionable notifications would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Pragati

Hi @pragatisriv ,

Have you checked the Provider Notifications? There is one OOB notification available there.

Please take a look and let me know what you need.

Also please check out this, you can create custom as well:
