We have a requirement to automatically generate the summary of the incident (generated by the Now Assist ITSM skill-Incident Summarization)on closure (Incident state changes to Closed) and copy the generated Summary to the work notes automatically. As per the OOB skill, the Summary will be generated only when the Summary button at the top is clicked, but we need it to be generated as soon as the state is changed to Closed and it should be copied to the work notes of the incident automatically without wanting us to manually click Summary button.
Just wanted to check if it is possible in any way, may be creating a new skill similar to Incident Summarization or calling this action via any script and making it generate on Change of Incident closure.
