Hi Team,
I am working on Setting up MIM. As part of the process when the Major Incident (MI) is created, it will be assigned to the Major Incident Support team and MI manager will be Assigned the INC.
I want to notify the ON call person via SMS & Call based on the Configuration Item (CI) selected but dont want the MI assigned to on call user.
The on call must only be notified and the response/acknowledgement from on-call person must be record in the MI ticket.
I have checked the OOB ON call workflow and all of them are built around "notify & assign" .
How can I set up on call notify without assigning the MI
