Hi
On ESC-standard ticket form I added details tab which shows variable summary. The issue it shows all the variables even not answered ones. I only wants to show answered variables. How to achieve this without so much customization??

@Ankur Bawiskar Hi, thanks for the response. If I want to do some changes and achieve this, what is the best practice or how can I achieve hiding the unanswered questions like checkbox, and all of them are seen on details tab of standard ticket

clone the OOTB widget, make changes to it, then add that widget again in that portal page OR check if that's called from some other widget
if yes then you will have to clone that as well to include your new widget
