Override field display value

is it possible to override the display value of a field (service to Business service )when the assignemnet group is servicedesk

Hi,

The Display value of the referenced table cannot be overridden.

If you want to change the label of the field, that might be possible.

when the assignment group is "service desk" then only it should be overridden. else it should be the default one only.. is that achiveable

You can achieve this using the onChange client script. I've tried your requirement and it worked!!

I've attached the screenshot of the client script. Implement the same client script it will surely work for you.

If you have SN Utils installed and you have this option enabled Show Technical names on page load. You have to disable this, once after then it will work.
