PDI Stuck on Waitlist Continuously – Leave Waitlist & Version Change Not Working

Hi ServiceNow Team,

I am facing a persistent issue with my Personal Developer Instance (PDI) access. My account has been stuck on the "Waitlist" status for the past 3 days.

I have already tried clicking on "Leave waitlist" and requested different versions (including Australia and Zurich), but the status remains unchanged. I also tried clearing my browser cache and using Incognito mode, but it still shows "No instance is assigned yet" on my developer console.

Could the backend support team please look into this and reset my profile instance allocation state?

  • Registered Email: 0176CS231079@lnct.ac.in

  • Current Target Version: Zurich

Don't worry; this is quite common these days.

Over the last few days, I have seen many community members experiencing delays when requesting a PDI. In some cases, the waiting time has been 6–7 days, even for lower ServiceNow versions.

You can try requesting a lower-version instance, such as Zurich or earlier, and then upgrade it to the latest release. The upgrade process typically takes around 3–4 hours.

For now, patience is the key, as PDI availability depends on overall demand and infrastructure capacity.

Hello @Harsh_ ,

 

This is quite a common situation nowadays. I also received my Zurich PDI after almost one day. I would suggest waiting for some more time. If it's still not available, you can try requesting a lower version instead.
