Problem Management - SLAs

Hello,

Our leadership wants to implement Service levels for problem management process. Can someone provide guidance here?. what Service levels are appropriate/standard for Problem tickets. any help will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

Hi @SyedImranA ,

 

Service level are not standard for problem management and neither shouldn't be. A problem is not about that you need to solve within a given timeframe, but more about finding / having a permanent solution for the workaround introduced when the problem were created.
