When user scan the QR code(Consider this QR code having the information of request details),How can we make It takes them to raise a ticket on the snow support app.If they don’t have the app installed on their mobile phone, it should  prompt them to download the app.

How can we achieve this?

@Sravan33 Mobile phone these days allow scanning QR codes from the phone camera itself and if the QR code contains a link, they allow them to navigate them to that link. You can navigate user to a web page via this link which would either redirect the user to the app store or launch your app if it is already installed on the phone.
